 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the St. John Youth Soccer Club website, registering a player, or participating in any Club-related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or participate in Club programs.

Eligibility

Participation in Club programs is open to youth players within designated age groups. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the player’s participation and compliance with Club policies.

 Registration & Payments

All registrations must be completed in full and accompanied by payment within the stated deadlines.

• All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the Club

• Once registration closes, no refunds or credits will be issued

• The Club reserves the right to deny or revoke participation for failure to comply with payment terms.     Code of Conduct

All players, parents, and spectators are expected to demonstrate respect toward coaches, referees, opponents, and other participants.

The Club reserves the right to suspend or remove any individual from participation or attendance at events for:

• Disruptive or abusive behavior

• Violation of league or Club rules

• Conduct deemed detrimental to the Club’s environment    Assumption of Risk

Participation in soccer involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and/or your child.

 Medical Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions and ensuring the player is physically able to participate. The Club is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions.

 Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website

• Use the site in any way that may damage or impair functionality

• Reproduce or distribute website content without permission

 Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and materials, is the property of St. John Youth Soccer Club and may not be used without written consent.

 Modifications to Programs or Services

The Club reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs, practices, or events at any time due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. John Youth Soccer Club, its staff, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from:

• Participation in Club activities

• Use of this website

• Cancellations or changes to scheduled events

 Termination

The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation or website access for violations of these Terms & Conditions without refund.

 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

 Changes to Terms

St. John Youth Soccer Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in Club activities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
